Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-14

1. About this policy

CoachUS LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, operates CoachUS. This policy describes how we handle personal information through coachus.com, our website inquiry and waitlist forms, and related correspondence. The website is intended for U.S. dealership business audiences.

This policy does not describe information processed within the CoachUS dealership application. Application access and dealership data processing require separate notices and agreements.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, dealership, and optional phone number. If you contact us directly, we receive your contact details, message, and any attachments or other information you choose to provide.

Our website and service providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, referring pages, security signals, and error records. When email verification is enabled, we also process verification and delivery records. A request may include a limited campaign source label from the link you used.

Please do not send customer records, financial information, passwords, or sensitive dealership information through the website inquiry form or a general email inquiry.

3. How we use information

We use this information to respond to you, maintain the waitlist, evaluate early-access fit, arrange follow-up, verify requests, deliver related messages, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.

Joining the waitlist does not enroll you in an automated promotional email sequence or SMS campaign. We do not use advertising pixels, session replay, or visitor analytics on this website.

4. When we disclose information

Information is available to CoachUS personnel and authorized contractors who need it to handle inquiries or operate the website. We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery and mailboxes, security or spam prevention, and, if configured for the release, lead storage. They receive information needed to provide those services, subject to applicable agreements and law.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or sale, subject to applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information at your direction.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not authorize advertising networks to track visitors across websites through this website.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses only technologies needed to deliver and protect the website and its forms. We do not use optional advertising, analytics, or personalization cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains this approach and browser controls.

Our website does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal because it does not conduct cross-site advertising tracking. Global Privacy Control is a separate signal. We do not sell information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, regardless of whether that signal is enabled.

6. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and waitlist information while it is needed to respond to you and manage your request or interest in early access. We consider the status of your inquiry, our last contact, legal requirements, security needs, and whether a record is needed to honor a request not to contact you.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. Some records may remain for legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or in backups until their normal replacement cycle. You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry by emailing the address below.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact matt.cady@coachus.com to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about early access. Use the subject “Privacy request” to help us route your message.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to CoachUS, you may have additional rights, including access, a copy of your information, deletion, correction, or an appeal of a request decision. We will handle applicable requests within the time required by law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security and processing locations

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system, or storage service is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information in an ordinary inquiry.

CoachUS operates in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

9. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice and any additional notice or choice required by law before applying the change where required.

For questions or privacy requests, contact CoachUS LLC at matt.cady@coachus.com.
