CoachUS LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, operates this website. These terms govern use of the public CoachUS website. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

These terms do not establish a dealership pilot, software subscription, or data-processing arrangement. Those relationships require separate agreements.

2. Website information and early access

The website provides information about CoachUS and its development. Descriptions of planned features are not a commitment to deliver a particular feature, integration, price, or release date.

Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest. It does not create a purchase, guarantee access, or reserve a pilot place. We will confirm any offer and its terms separately.

3. Permitted use and ownership

You may view and use this website to learn about CoachUS, evaluate it for your business, and contact us. You may retain reasonable copies of public materials for that evaluation while preserving copyright and other ownership notices.

CoachUS and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s content, software, logos, and other materials. Except as permitted by law or with permission, you may not republish, sell, or redistribute those materials or present them as your own. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
